Why did I not receive the order confirmation?

The order confirmation will automatically arrive to you via emeil, after placing the order. If the email has not arrived, we recommend that you check the spam section. 

In case, the confirmation did not arrive within 24 hours, please contact customer service at cs@anfiny.it.

What do I do if I get the wrong item in my order?

Return an article on anfiny.it is totally free! Please contact us at cs@anfiny.it  for more information.

What if something is missing from my order?

We recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible at cs@anfiny.it, presenting the problem carefully with the order number and the name of the missing item.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

If the package is damaged on delivery, take a picture before opening it. If the item is damaged, send a photo of the product and packaging to cs@anfiny.it. Returning the damaged product will give you a free replacement.

How do I make a complaint about an item?

In case you want to proceed with the complaint for an article, contact customer service at cs@anfiny.it .  Attaching photos of the defective article, with a brief description of the damage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

You have the possibility to return the order using the right of return in the original package opened within 14 days from the arrival of the package. The tags must still be attached to the dress when returning. 

We currently do not make replacements, unless the goods are defective or the wrong items have been delivered. 

If you need to change size or another style you will have to make another order.

Can I try the item before returning it?

Items tested for size are not considered worn out. We could then,  refuse the return if the article is damaged or for reasons of hygiene.

How do I return my order?

1. Download this return form.

2. Fill in the form with a brief description of the product, date of order, date of receipt of order and your personal information.

3. Enter the product information for each item you return.

- If the items you return are part of a multi-purchase offer, the additional items must also be returned. If the additional items are not returned, their value will be deducted from the credit.

4. Fill in the form and pack your/your/your item/s in a strong package and put the return form and the return form in the package.

5. Once this is done you can send the parcel Anfiny - Voxi Group Srl Prato (PO)

When can I see the refund on my account?

We will process your refund request as soon as we receive the package. You will receive your refund within 14 days of processing the return.

When will I receive my change?

Your replacement item will arrive within 2/5 days of the return processing.

Why haven’t I heard from you since I made the return?

If you do not receive communications within 14 days, please contact our customer service team here cs@anfiny.it

Check your spam folder. If you have a tracking number, please contact your carrier before contacting our support.

When you contact us please include:

- the article you are returning

- the number of the order

- a reference number (for a courier or pick-up service).
