European Union (EU)

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are applied to the order at check-out.

Delivery Time:
2-4 working days in Italy. (Standard Shipping)
1-2 working days in Italy. (Express Shipping)
2-5 working days in other EU countries. (Standard Shipping)
1-3 working days in other EU countries. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Included in prices, no additional costs.

Extra-EU Countries

2-9 working days. (Standard Shipping)
3-6 working days. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Prices on the site include import duties and charges.

Shipping Methods

Orders within Europe are shipped via FedEx, Ups, BRT or equivalent courier.
Orders in non-EU countries are shipped via FedEx,UPS or equivalent.
Tracking number provided at time of shipment.

EU and non-EU AREA:
Return costs charged to the customer.

We guarantee all our customers peace of mind in the purchase process on the site. For this reason, if the product received does not satisfy you, you can exercise the right of return. 

The return must take place within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order. 

You can return the product intact and get a refund. 

The product must be undamaged and unused; the product tag and/or seal must not have been removed. We currently do not make replacements, unless the goods are defective or the wrong products have been delivered. If you need another size or another style you will need to make another order.

To make a return, follow these steps:

4. Refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
