European Union (EU)

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are applied to the order at check-out.

Delivery Time:
2-4 working days in Italy. (Standard Shipping)
1-2 working days in Italy. (Express Shipping)
2-5 working days in other EU countries. (Standard Shipping)
1-3 working days in other EU countries. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Included in prices, no additional costs.

Extra-EU Countries

Shipping costs:

Delivery Time:
2-9 working days. (Standard Shipping)
3-6 working days. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Prices on the site include import duties and charges.

Shipping Methods

Orders within Europe are shipped via FedEx, Ups, BRT or equivalent courier.
Orders in non-EU countries are shipped via FedEx,UPS or equivalent.
Tracking number provided at time of shipment.

European Union (EU): Free return charges.

Extra-EU Countries: Return costs to be borne by the customer.

Timing: Within 15 days after delivery.
Condition: Product intact, unused, with tag and seal intact.

Notes: We do not make replacements, only refunds.

4. Refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
